Yes! That’s part of what makes our little Ape Piaggio truck so unique. We are 8ft x 4ft, so we can fit inside most any indoor spaces with double doors or an opening big enough for those dimensions.

We only require the cart to be covered by a tent in the event of inclement weather where our carts could get wet, muddy, turned over, or damaged in any way.

While we can’t sell the alcohol to you, we can most certainly help you put together a list of what you need as well as help facilitate the ordering process with one of our strategic suppliers.

The client is responsible for providing the alcohol (due to Texas laws) and securing the TABC license (if applicable). Don’t worry, we hold your hand through this process and are certainly able to help you select particular beverages for your event!

In order to keep things simple, at this time, we are not able to purchase, transport or provide champagne, wine, beer or alcohol for your event.

That being said, we will create a shopping list for you and can give you the information…

All of our bartenders come with their TABC Server’s Permit. We also carry full auto, liquor and general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your cart, with final payment due 30 days prior to your event.

*We are not able to offer refunds for a confirmed and booked event. Special incentive pricing may require a full, non-refundable payment upon booking.

Cancellation policy:

Prior to 6 Months - No refund on retainer. No additional fees.

4-6 months -No refund on retainer, plus 25% of remaining balance due.

2-4 months - No refund on retainer, plus 75% of remaining balance due.

Within 2 months - No refund on retainer. Full balance due upon cancellation.

If the tap fits, we’ll make it work for you! Bubbly, beer, & wine are our most popular choices, but we can also create and tap specialty cocktails for your event. Having an event without alcohol? No problem, we can tap cold brew coffee, hot chai, juices, or a fun mocktail!

Yes. We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.
